Germany's SIAG Schaaf buys up US tower maker Aerisyn

German steel company SIAG Schaaf Industrie, which is a major supplier of wind turbine towers, is expanding into the US market through the acquisition of Chattanooga-based wind tower manufacturer Aerisyn.
