EC slams 'lack of seriousness' in 2020 renewables targets

The European Commission (EC) has filed infringement proceedings against five countries for a lack of detail and clarity in their renewable-energy action plans, submitted last year as part of the bloc’s legally binding 2020 renewables targets.
