Eneco says it is also continue talks on the acquisition of Ecostream, another Econcern unit and will purchase most parts of Evelop and Ecofys.
Evelop develops and implements sustainable energy projects, such as onshore and offshore wind farms. Ecofys is a research and consultancy firm in the areas of energy saving and sustainable energy.
