Australia's carbon bill collapses as opposition leader is ousted

Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd looks set to head to Copenhagen without his long-desired carbon emissions trading scheme (ETS), after the opposition party threw out its leader, Malcolm Turnbull, for supporting the bill.
