Hywind pilot still hanging – Statoil

Norwegian oil giant Statoil's highly anticipated 30MW floating wind turbine pilot project off northeast Scotland continues to hang in the balance, with a final investment decision on the pioneering scheme depending on "positive dialogue" with the country's authorities, according to the developer.
