China will install more wind power in the 2020s than the five next largest markets combined, as the world adds almost 800GW of wind capacity, according to new figures from Wood Mackenzie.
The analyst says that China will add 253.9GW of capacity from 2020-29 — more than the US, India, Germany, the UK and France combined (see figures below).
And in total, 786.4GW
