Vineyard Wind’s preferred supplier agreement for V174-9.5MW turbines with MHI Vestas has expired and the developer is weighing whether to use a more powerful machine from another OEM for its pioneering – but delayed – 800MW project off Massachusetts, Recharge has learned.
