New Siemens Gamesa CEO Andreas Nauen said the wind OEM finally has a stable senior management line-up that can operate as “one team”, and revealed staff from its offshore unit have already become more involved in the turnaround plan for its troubled onshore division as part of an effort to strengthen ties between the two.
Nauen, who took over as CEO in June, has wasted no time assembling a new top team.
