GE builds on Australian Cypress onshore orderbook with Murra Warra 2

GE Renewable Energy has landed the order to supply its top-of-the-line onshore Cypress turbines to Australia’s 209MW Murra Warra 2 wind farm.

The deal will see the OEM deliver 38 of its 5.5-158 machines to the project in northwest Victoria – which has originally developed by Renewable Energy System and Macquarie Capital but taken over at the construction phase by investment funds managed by Partners Group – starting in mid-2021.
