Renewable energy giant Iberdrola has agreed to acquire French onshore wind developer Aalto Power.
The Spain-based global developer and operator will buy 100% of Aalto, which operates 118MW and has a 636MW pipeline under development. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Iberdrola said the deal, which is subject to certain conditions before closing, is part of a plan to grow its renewable footprint in France.
