BP’s Pan American Energy expands in Argentine wind

Argentina's Pan American Energy (PAE) and local power group Genneia have come to an agreement to jointly develop and run two wind farms in the country’s southern province of Chubut.

The agreement marks the expansion of PAE and its controllers – UK-based oil supermajor BP and Argentine-Chinese oil and gas group Brida Corporation – in the country’s fledgling renewable energy market.
