American telecommunications giant AT&T is looking for more renewable power, building on the massive 820MW of wind power-purchase agreements (PPAs) it signed last year with NextEra Energy.
“We are absolutely considering additional deals,” Shannon Carroll, director of global environmental sustainability at AT&T, tells Recharge. “We’re agnostic in terms of whether that’s wind or solar.”
The company is currently exploring its options for growing its portfolio.
