Portuguese renewables giant EDPR has reached a deal to buy a 70% stake in German solar developer Kronos Solar Projects for €250m ($256m), entering the booming market in Europe’s largest economy for the first time and firming its footprint in neighbouring markets.
The Munich-based developer has a track record of more than 1.4GW in commissioned projects, and a portfolio of 9.4GW
