Winning partners BP and EnBW hailed their ScotWind offshore wind development zone as “the most favourable site” of the giant seabed leasing round with the potential to get a project consented and moving – but warned that the whole sector faces looming supply chain pressures as ever more capacity fights to get built in Europe’s seas.
