The US added a record 2.82GW of wind capacity for the second quarter, up 10% from the same period a year earlier, according to latest numbers from the American Clean Power Association (ACPA) that showed total clean energy installation is running at an all-time high.

“With a record pace of installations in the first half of 2021 our industry not only provides good-paying jobs but also is a key part of solving the climate crisis,” said Heather Zichal, ACPA CEO.
