Developer Enterprize Energy joined swelling interest in offshore wind and green hydrogen in Brazil as it signed an agreement with the state of Rio Grande do Norte over potential opportunities off its coasts.
Enterprize Energy – which is already active in Asia – said a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the state will look at “development of potential multi-gigawatt offshore wind projects, as well as… the economic viability of co-developed desalination and green hydrogen production hubs for both local distribution and export to global markets”.
