Irish clean energy start-up EI-H2 has unveiled plans to have what would be the country’s first green hydrogen plant up and running as early as 2023 to decarbonise an industrial cluster around Cork harbour, as the lead-off phase of a 1GW “multi-developer” complex powered by future floating wind farms.
