The Norwegian wind energy association (NORWEA) and other industry organisations have sent a document to the committee for energy and the environment, showcasing the export potential of offshore wind.
NORWEA says it wants to tackle the lack of a strategy for establishing demonstration sites, despite a unanimous parliamentary decison demanding that this be part of a white paper on energy policy.
