Developer Cypress Creek Renewables is investing $20.4m in two solar projects in new Swansea, South Carolina, US. Cypress has already received approval to build two Lexington County projects off of Southbound Road and George Derrick Road, each with a 10MW capacity. The company says it is working with regulators, utilities and business development groups throughout the US to build more than 1GW of new solar projects between now and the end of 2016.
