Germany offers $467m in loans for Brazilian renewables

In a broad diplomatic agreement announced in Brasília today as part of preparations for a possible high level deal at the COP21 conference in December, Germany has committed to offer Brazil €415m ($467m) in cheap loans to develop renewables and energy efficiency in coming years.
