Magma’s HS Orka cleared by Iceland panel

A special committee appointed by the government of Iceland to investigate privatisation of the country’s energy sector and specifically the acquisition of geothermal energy producer HS Orka by Magma Energy finds the deal to be in full compliance with the law.
