Enap is offloading its 40% share in geothermal exploration company Energía Andina SA (EASA) to Australia's Origin Energy.
Enap will also line up the sale of its share of the Apacheta geothermal project in northern Chile, a project it is developing with Italian group Enel Green Power, according to sources.
