Construction is scheduled for the first quarter of 2015.
The project in the Northern Cape is Juwi's largest solar EPC project so far. The company will also provide O&M services.
The Prieska project was selected by the Department of Energy under the third bidding window of the national Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme in October 2013.
