India's Bharat flexes solar muscles

Indian power equipment firm Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHE) has won turnkey EPC orders worth 1.32bn rupees ($22m) for two 10MW solar plants in India from the utility NPTC. Both companies are owned by the government.
