EDP to put 3.9MW of PV on Portuguese stores

Under the terms of the deal announced last month, EDP will build, own and operate 46 PV systems – all smaller than 250kW – on the rooftops of Continente supermarkets owned bySonae.

It will share some of the revenue derived from selling the power into the grid with Sonae, and after 15 years full ownership will transfer to the retailer.
