Vast Renewables, a Sydney-based company specialising in concentrated solar thermal power (CSP) has forged a new joint venture with Nabors Energy Transition Corp (NETC), an affiliate of Houston-based Nabors Industries.
The deal marks "the next steps towards globally scaling our innovative CSP technology as a public company, while continuing to develop our growing pipeline of Australian projects,” said Craig Wood, Vast's CEO.
