International energy consultancy Xodus has teamed up with New England-based voluntary coalition Browning the Green Space (BGS) to launch a programme that aims to help increase intake of people of colour, indigenous Americans, women, and students in technical training into the fast-growing US offshore wind industry’s workforce.

The new programme, which has received $140,000 funding from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MCEC), will be spearheaded by a community and education engagement campaign directed at high schools and community colleges in disadvantaged communities.
