Germany’s latest solar tendering round again was undersubscribed, but the federal networks agency (BNetzA) and a renewables group strongly disagreed on what caused the apparent lack of interest in the market.
Developers handed in bids for only 677MW for the 890MW of ground-based solar capacity on offer, with winning bids catching an average price of €58.00 ($60.68) /MWh, up from €55.10/MWh
