International engineering outfit ODE has inked a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Korean sector peer DongYang to bid on projects off South-east Asia and globally.

Through the planned tie-up, ODE, owned by French offshore oil & gas contracting giant Doris, and DongYang aim to collaborate “across business development activities and the execution of engineering services”, including developing an offshore substation design “specifically targeted” to Korean offshore wind farms.
