The Swiss power technology giant's 1,200kV switchgear, developed at transmission system operator Power Grid Corporation of India’s test centre in Madhya Pradesh, is being developed as part of a small-footprint hybrid technology that includes a gas-insulated disconnector, current transformers and monitoring and diagnostic equipment.
