Omega Energia and Ecopart create joint venture for wind farms

Brazil's Omega Energia has closed a deal with Ecopart Group for the acquisition of its small hydropower plant portfolio as well as the transfer of its wind energy portfolio to a joint venture dedicated to the development of wind power.
