Brazil tender cap set at $53/MWh

Brazil's National Electric Energy Regulator Agency has announced that projects taking part in the next "reserve" wind tender will start bidding from a ceiling-price of R$117 ($53) per MWh, nearly 20% lower than the last equivalent tender.
