Final public consultations on the sprawling Dogger Bank Teesside A and B offshore wind farms will kick-off next week at two venues near the UK developments' proposed landfall site and cable route.

The meetings at Redcar and Lazenby, at which project consortium Forewind will unveil documents, plans and maps for the two 1.2GW projects, are the culmination of more than three years of work including onshore and offshore environmental and engineering surveys, consultation and technical assessments.

“The aim of this consultation is to gather views and feedback on the proposals, and give those with an interest in the project another opportunity to influence the way Dogger Bank Teesside A & B is developed,” says Forewind project manager Chris Nunn.
