Nexans
will
deliver
and
assemble
53km
of
cables
for
Dong
at
the
210MW
project
off
northeast
England,
interconnecting
the
Siemens
6MW
turbines
and
the
wind
farm’s
transmission
platform.
Delivery
is
scheduled
to
begin
this
spring.
Dong
made
a
final
investment
decision
on
Westermost
Rough
in
January.
The
Nexans
deal
is
part
of
an
up-to-900km
of
cable
framework
agreement
the
Paris-based
group
signed
with
Dong
in
2011.
