up
of
a
moored,
harsh-environment
marine
buoy
fitted
with
a
Leosphere
WindCube
v2
lidar
(light
detection
and
ranging)
system
that
will
collect
and
stream
wind-speed
data
back
to
the
developer.
Plans
are
to
install
the
FLiDAR
buoy
mid-year.
