United Arab Emirates-based Lamprell says Bold Tern has beenhanded over to the Norwegian customer and will begin its journey to the NorthSea later this week.
The Windcarrier vessels – commissioned in 2010 – werecontracted for delivery in the second and third quarter of 2012, respectively.
However, the first of them, Brave Tern, was notdelivered until October last year, when Lamprell admitted the twin-vesselcontract had slipped and unveiled a major shake-up that saw three of its mostsenior managers depart, including the CEO.
