Separately, it has signed an Agreement for Leases (AfL) withthe Crown Estate for the second round of projects – Optimus and Breesea – to bebuilt within Hornsea.
In 2011 SMart Wind signed AfLs with the Crown Estate for thefirst two zones – Heron and Njord – which together will add up to 1.2GW of capacity, and are seen as strong contenders to become the firstRound 3 projects to reach completion.
