A FLiDAR-equippedbuoy will carry out a one-year measurement campaign for the Danish offshorewind giant

The FLiDAR unit – developed by renewable energy consultancyand software services provider 3Eand Geosea subsidiary Offshore & Wind Assistance – is made up of a moored,harsh-environment marine buoy fitted with a Leosphere WindCube v2 lidar (lightdetection and ranging) system that will collect and stream wind-speed data backto the developer.
