The Amsterdam-based developer had originally aimed to beginconstruction at Gemini this summer.

Ian Taylor, head of UK operations for Typhoon, says theschedule slippage is the result of the developer needing to amend itspermits after deciding to employ 150 Siemens 4MW turbines, rather than machinesproduced by Germany’s Bard – from which Typhoon bought Gemini in 2011.

The slippage “is not because of financing”, Taylor tellsRecharge, although he acknowledges that reaching financial close is “not goingto be easy”.

The
