The submarine cabling specialist said the work – which included 88 inter-array links – ended on schedule this weekend at the site 23km north of the German island of Helgoland.
Deployment of Meerwind’s Siemens 3.6MW wind turbines got underway in June and installation work at the North Sea project is due to be complete by the end of the year.
VSMC has also been hired to carry out cabling at the nearby Nordsee Ost wind farm project.
