Grimsby Docks, although full of character, do not exactly make for an unmissable photo opportunity.
More importantly, the eagerly awaited Industrial Strategy – unveiled by Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg – turned out to be merely a grab bag of modest new schemes and previously announced measures reheated to pad out the day’s proceedings.
None of the measures Clegg outlined – new or old – are bad ideas.
