The TekTube system is designed to replace costly conventional steel J-tubes, a fabrication transferred from the offshore oil industry that protects power cables as they are routed by an installation vessel up through a foundation.
Instead, the Tekmar technology is secured to the wind turbine foundation, sealed and prepared in advance.
