Iowa utility reaches key milestone to advance 500MW project

Interstate Power and Light (IPL) has reached a settlement with consumer groups and a state agency on certain terms and conditions related to its proposed 500MW New Wind project, greatly improving chances Iowa regulators will approve it by 2 December.
