France's Ideol signs Taiwan floating wind pact with CSC

Floating foundation pioneer Ideol has set the seal on a breakthrough deal with the China Steel Corporation (CSC) to jointly develop offshore wind turbines based on the French company's innovative "damping pool" technology for use off Taiwan.
