Nordex set to go with French 75MW

A Nordex wind turbine

A Nordex wind turbine

Germany’s Nordex said it is set to build and equip one of its largest self-developed wind farms after securing finance for the 75MW project.

Nordex and partner H2air Group will start work this spring at the site of the Seine Rive Gauche Nord wind farm in Aube, northern France, following the finance deal with KGAL Investment Management.

Seine Rive Gauche Nord will use 30 Nordex N100/2500 turbines, which will be installed next year.

H2air – which has worked with Nordex before on project developments – will manage and run the wind farm once it is up and running.
