CEE buys PNE 15MW German wind

German wind farm developer PNE Wind has sold the first phase of the 15.4MW Calau II project in Brandenburg state to the Hamburg-based investment company CEE.

Most of the wind farm’s Vestas V112 3.0MW turbines have already been connected to the electricity grid and the wind park is nearly fully commissioned.

PNE Wind will remain responsible for the technical operation of the wind farm which it developed.

With a managed equity volume of more than €400m ($544m), CEE is expanding its power generation portfolio, which now consists of more than 300MW of wind, PV, biogas and biomass.
