Spanish renewables group Acciona has agreed the sale of its 150MW German wind portfolio.
The 18 operating wind farms in Lower Saxony and Brandenburg will be bought by Swisspower Renewables for €157m ($214.7m), plus debt of €85m.
The plants were grid-connected between 2002 and 2009. All but 20MW of the capacity is in Brandenburg.
Acciona said the sale is part of its strategy to divest assets to help offset the impact of regulatory changes at home in Spain, where new government policies have hit profits hard at renewable generators.
Acciona last month agreed the sale of a 61.5MW wind farm in South Korea.
The sale of the German wind farms is expected to close on 23 January.
