first
official
statement
since
winning
consent
for
a
revised
version
of
the
wind
farm
last
April,
Viking
Energy
says
it
does
not
expect
the
project
to
be
completed
until
November
2018,
with
construction
slated
to
start
in
early
2016.
Previously,
the
project
had
been
due
for
completion
in
December
2017.
In
the
short
term,
that
means
that
detailed
ground
investigations
will
not
commence
until
next
year
at
the
earliest,
as
the
project’s
entire
work
programme
is
rescheduled.
The
delay
is
chiefly
the
fault
of
Scottish
Hydro
Electric
Transmission,
owned
by
the
utility
SSE,
which
is
responsible
for
building
a
600MW…
