project

vote
of

to
24,
after
the
UK
subsidiary
of
German
utility
RWE
redesigned
the
wind
farm
to
use
16
turbines
rather
than
the
initially
proposed
19.
“A
previous
application
reached
public
inquiry
in
2011,
and
we’ve
remained
convinced
that
this
is
a
good
site
for
a
wind
farm,”
says
npower’s
Gwellian
Elias.
“It
is
well
designed,
within
a
designated

area,
remote
and
with
excellent
wind
resource.”
