Artur
Rozycki
said
he
can
“imagine
anything”,
including
“spending
billions
of
euros
on
supranational
connections”.
Before

central
European
[electricity]
dispatch
in
Brussels”,
governments
need
to
have
a
nuanced
conversation
with
their
electorates
about
the
advantages
and
disadvantages
of
liberalised
electricity
markets
and
things
like
smart
metres.
“Otherwise,
we
might
come
to
the
conclusion
in
10
years
that
this
was
maybe
not
a
good
idea,”
Rozycki
